“Wait for a table was fine, didn't take that long. The interior was very nice and clean. Food was yummy. Only complaint that I have is that all of the food didnt arrive at the same time. One person in my group got the pho and got it by the time most of us were almost done eating.Parking: Even though it's free parking for the lot, it's really small. I recommend parking in the street and walking over to save time.”
“Great house special Lobster dish, very unique. Service is good , not too long of a wait since they expanded. They have a private room for party of 20 with a bundle feast that includes lobster..”
“There are actually goose intestines!A fair suggestion is to cook the goose intestines, brains, and black tripe for a while, otherwise it will be a bit fishy.Mama meatballs are full of death cilantro.”
“Love this place! Best Banh Xeo around with a uniquely crunchy outer shell and the most beautiful assortment of perfectly fresh and delicious greens. Costs more, but it's definitely worth it. The atmosphere is exactly as it should be... you know you're paying for tasty, authentic food, not fancy decor. Will definitely be back!”
“AYCE lunch is $60 for 90 minutes; Two people allows to order 6 items;Service was good & food came out fast;Parking was ridiculous probably too many eatery in the same plaza..Parking: Good luck!!”

“I love Ji Rong Peking Duck! It’s 86$ per duck. My friends and I preorder and book a table which has a $300 minimum. If you find a big enough group it isn’t too bad for the price and availability! The service is quick and for Asian place really good. All their dishes hit hard, never a disappointment. We tried to go to array 36 but their table minimum is $600 and duck is $95 and the only way to guarantee a duck is reserving a private room/table.Ji Rong is great because they have enough ducks for everyone usually! So show up early though because there is usually a line.I also recommend their walnut shrimp. Best I have ever had. Shang hai ribs are great tasting. Fish maw soup is always a great item to add to your meal. We love the salted egg pumpkin, garlic fried bean sprouts, sweet and sour fish, steamed shrimp with garlic, and leek box!Cumin with lamb for me is spicy, spicy jelly fish is also spicy but if you like hot sauce they’re good! I had the pork belly and it’s tasty but fatty. Will recommend this spot to everyone! It’s great and hope they offer their duck forever!”
“Good food!My girlfriend and I came around 11:30AM to find the restaurant already almost full of people. Music playing, and people talking and slurping are the main things being heard. We got seated, looked at the menu, and made our selections on the order sheet. I ordered C10. Hot Oil Pork with Vegetable Wonton, D10. Devil's Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, and my girlfriend got D6. Spicy Braised Beef Noodle Soup. The food:- C10. Hot Oil Pork with Vegetable Wonton: These wontons were huge. They were a little sweet and a little spicy and had good flavor.- D10. Devil’s Spicy Beef Noodle Soup: I can handle spice but this bowl was spicy AF. I couldn’t finish the noodles because my mouth was burning. The meat was delicious, extremely tender and juicy. There was plenty of noodles.- D6: Spicy Braised Beef Noodle Soup: This was a pretty much toned down version of my order, D10. The meat was also very tender and juicy. This one is considered medium spice and I recommend getting it. Better balance of spice and more enjoyable. We only got waters but I did see people ordering iced teas, which came in a huge mug.As we left the restaurant we did notice that there was a ton of people waiting and that the place had gotten packed. The food comes out quick though so I can’t imagine the wait being too long. The parking somewhat sucks in the plaza as there are quite a few businesses in the same lot, including Mcdonald’s.Service was good, we were checked on a few times throughout our meal.Go try this place out!”

“Wow, what a selection of ready-to-eat meals in which you can choose to microwave at the self-serve condiments & utensils area. Plus, it's a mini market for all your Indonesian cooking needs. Outdoor-only dining and parking is a little challenging.”
“A bit pricey, but it's an excellent Pho restaurant. Food are really delicious ? Parking might be difficult. Tiny plaza with narrow parking spaces. But people come and go quickly... I took out 1 ⭐ for their parkings. Really hate their parking.”

“COP YOUR FRESH CANE JUICE ASAP!! This was my first time coming here and I can't believe I haven't gone before. The owner is selling the place so be sure the visit ASAP if you want FRESH cane juice.”

“I've been a Banh Mi My Tho customer for like a decade now. Its been cool seeing them expand besides the Alhambra location. I came here for a quick meal and ordered a few bahn mi. About 5 minutes later, my order was ready and it was as delicious as always.”
“Excellent place if you like to eat Mexican food...all the dishes here I was fascinated and I say tried because I am on vacation from Houston Texas and since I found this place on Google I have not stopped coming until I return...thank you very ”

“They are really nice here. The young female cashier is very precise and the food is made with love and skill. Plus the hot chili crisp oil they sell is sooo good. The Batch X will make you cry and I love it. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu!”
“My husband had surgery and has been having a hard time eating. After getting Acai bowls from a number of different places I remember the Acai Joint. He said my far this was the tastiest one! Great service.”

“Ordered the keto Love roll and Oyster and Baja roll everything was fresh ? ? really good quality and Japanese ceviche was bomb so good. If looking for good quality food I recommend here”
“We pre-ordered a cake online and it was ready to be picked up when we arrived. Nothing Bundt Cakes is usually a solid option if you need a cake or want mini bundt cakes to share for an event. I always thought the cakes were tasty and moist.”
“RCP FTW! Brian is the most down to earth pizza shop owner you will meet. His crew's creation for different pizzas are limitless. Stay for the pie while you browse around at their artwork on the walls from local artists.Parking: Lots of parking”

Pho Kadao
“Stumbled on this place by chance while walking in the area. The staff is very friendly. The food took a while to come out but was worth the wait. Fresh & thoughtfully prepared. We had the bún thịt nướng chả giò. I added a fried egg which was also perfect! The pork was baked perfect & the egg roll was cut to perfect portions. The veggies were very fresh. The mango smoothie was also good. We also ordered some egg rolls after. They were good. The sauce was especially great!Only gripe was the wait, but the food was very good! Hope to come again.”

Sen sushi
“Thank you Sen Sushi!! I was scrolling through Yelp recently to see where I can take my husband for his birthday. Sen sushi's sushi cakes popped up and I knew that's exactly what I wanted. I gave them a call and the lady that was working was very nice and explained to me that I can chose my own rolls and they can form it into a sushi cake for me. Everything was super easy. I even asked if I can bring my own cake toppers and she said it wasn't a problem. I told her the date and time we were coming and it was ready right when we got there. The rolls were delicious and my husband also said the sashimi, uni and oyster was very fresh as well. It was my daughter's first time eating sushi and she loved it. So happy that everything worked out and my husband loved his Rick and Morty Sushi cake. Thank you again Sen Sushi!”

“My go to spot for 7 courses of beef and baked cat fish. Here's why:- Great value for a larger group (Last visit medium catfish, 4 portions of 7 courses of beef, and a couple of beers was less than $40/pp including tip)- I always leave full and satisfied- It's usually not crazy busy and they have a good amount of tables ( Last visit walked in on a Saturday night for 7 and there was no wait)- Staff is pretty friendly- 10% off with Yelp check-in for birthday celebrations- A handful of TVs if you need to have the game on while dining- They only charge extra for vermicelli and not for extra rice paper or veggiesTips:- It's been mentioned but call ~45 mins in advanced for the baked catfish so it'll be ready for when you show up- There are three main dipping sauces; super funky fermented fish, more mild fish sauce, slightly tart tamarind sauce. You can mix to your level of desired funk but the peanuts, sambal, pickled lemon grass helps temper everything- It's super hands on food, don't be afraid to ask for help if you didn't come with an experienced diner”
“Freshest sugarcane juice I've found in the 626 area, and it's not too sweet either! My go to here is the Vitacane's 50/50: Fresh Pressed Raw Cane + Fresh Coconut Water + Coconut Bits. Bonus for the huge parking lot (the shop is in a plaza) and the adorable interior, perfect for Instagram pictures. Definitely will be back to try their acai bowls!”
“Came here for a family lunch and we will definitely be back! Hearty portions. The chapo specials have a few type of meats they kind of compete with each-other and I would skip the chicken in that specific combination. The breakfast burrito was a HIT. Next time I want to try it with hash brown/refried beans. Everything else was good , will be back for sure . Service was good, not a Michelin starJoint but the price is right and it's definitely a neighborhood joint. Worker was like " you've never been here before so they definitely have their clientele" murals on the walls average Mexican spot vibes.”
“First time coming here on January 11 with my boyfriend for dinner. My order for us he got a Sope and I got two Carne Asada tacos. But we both share a plate full of nachos. The Carne Asada was so juicy and trust me I had very dried Carne Asada street tacos before at other restaurants. The only problem I have was that night was 55° degrees and the door was opened.”
“Came here yesterday for happy hour with friends. Place is a hidden gem... Plenty of seats available, televisions to watch games, mixed music selection. They have a pool table and karaoke room. Plenty of drinks options or bartender was awesome. The asada fries, garlic fries, wings and Brussel sprouts were delicious. Will be back...”
“The boss, counter, and service staff are all very friendly; the price is fair, and the food is delicious. Highly praised, great!Parking: Approximately 150 parking spaces!”
“Good place to eat. Nice selection of dishes. Freshly made food as well. Salmon was cooked well. The rice is good. Great ambiance. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but overall a great experience”
“The menudo was very good, hot and flavorful. The fish ceviche was delicious! The aguachiles were on the spicey side, but that's how they are made and they were good with a cold beer. Wish they would take the tails off the shrimp, though. Also got the mixed ceviche which was also good. Great sized portions and good home made style food, very authentic. Excellent service.”
“I’m not sure why people are crazy about in and out - it’s like going crazy for a hot dog located ok la brea st. In Los Angeles.Stopped here because a friend was insistent.I’d rather go to the habit any day of the week. Thr burgers are juicier and tastier.”
“This place is delicious! The bowls are huge couldn’t even finish my Phó they have a wide variety of soups. I definitely recommend this place.Great Service as well, everyone so friendly & welcoming ”
“This place was recommended to us by family that we were visiting from out of town and definitely weren't disappointed! This was a great place to eat! The prices are reasonable and you get a huge portion of food. They have a ton of options. Anything ranging from breakfast, like pancakes, French toast, omelets, to lunch sandwiches, and dinner burgers and meals. The food is tasty, the staff was super kind and quick, and the atmosphere was so friendly!”
“A relative recommended this place for the hotpot. I'm glad we tried it out.The hotpot did not disappoint. It had a satisfying bean curd flavor and goes compliments the meats. The tofu skin was crispy and you can actually order some more to add in the hotpot. The portion was decent for a small group. We also order 2 other fish items that was also great. The seasonings were on point and goes so well with white rice. The menu is a unique collection of Vietnamese/Chinese dishes that are not found in standard Vietnamese restaurants in the area. I would definitely come back for more. The atmosphere really feel felt like I was in Saigon again for some reason. Maybe it's the tile floor. Maybe it's the customer service. I can't really put my finger on it.”
“Came by during lunchtime and it wasn't too busy. Service was fast with little wait time. There are a few tables inside to eat at. We got the: #5 Grilled pork sandwich ($8.79) and #9 Lemongrass beef sandwich ($9.99). They both tasted great, as delicious as usual! Good portion at a reasonable price. You get full from one sandwich.”

“Would not have stopped but that I saw, lettered neatly on the sidewalk chalkboard, "Vietnamese Crepe" , and seeing as it's not so easy to find Bánh xèo, and I like it, so I sallied forth. I was courteously welcomed and quickly seated and I ordered the Bánh xèo. It was delicious and I enjoyed it tremendously. I was most impressed with the many dishes described on the menu and I hope that I will have the opportunity to eat here a few more times.”

“It appears they are only doing dim sum take out. The cha siu baos are delish! Full of tasty filling and big. They also offer the more typical smaller version of the bao as well as other dim sum dishes.”
“Very cute decoration, lots of Neon lightsSpacious, decent serviceGenerous portion of food, very good pricing. (Very cheap compared to similar food I could get in The Bay Area)Very authentically tasting Chinese food, I feel like you can only get this in Alhambra in LA.Their specialties are street style BBQ and seafood. Certain popular dishes was sold out by the time I was there (7:30pm) so I recommend going earlier if you wanna make sure everything is available. 炸藕盒 9/10炸鸡皮 8/10烤冷面 9/10疙瘩汤 10/10蒜香小龙虾 10/10肉蟹煲 7/10盲盒 try it! overall: 9/10”
“The food in the menu I just like some of it. But the xa xiu and the crispy pork is very good, it doesn’t dry and salty like the other places. In my opinion I like ”
“This evening I found the nearest Indian restaurant. My favorite thing to eat is the fermented scallion pancake. I really like it and can’t get enough of it every time. I also love the Indian samosas in picture 4, and I must order them every time. The roasted chicken in picture 3 is not only beautiful but also delicious. The skin is perfectly crispy, which is very good. He also had a very good attitude and introduced the characteristics of the dishes when he served them to us.”
“Amazing food, great service. Very affordable prices and huge amounts. Perfect Chinese cuisine restaurant. Very recommend this place. The service was also very fast.”
“Delicious Hong Kong-style drinks, dishes and entrees selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the San Gabriel side of the valley. Service is always pleasant and the wait staff are the nicest people that you can find in any Hong Kong-style restaurants. They are always polite and respectful. Food wise, is always a delicious delight! We are frequent patrons and love everything about this cafe.”
“The food in this restaurant is good. The price is reasonable and very cheap. The soup base is very thick. There is an all-you-can-drink soda machine and a self-service salad bar. Their fried chicken wings are delicious and they also have grilled shrimp. This place is very good for the price, it is not expensive at all, the food is very fresh and all you can eat. They have a salad bar the chicken wings and the barbecue swim is delicious. Also is all you can drink soda.”
“Always a beautiful experience at this location, our server was very attentive and well mannered. The food was delicious as always. Oneof my favorite spots here in Montebello.Parking: Plenty of parking”
“We are visiting from Tampa, FL where we do not have any halal Chinese food. So this was a special treat! The food was very good overall and what was excellent was the hand-pulled noodles! Do yourselves a favor and order the hand-pulled noodle dishes! The Mongolian Beef was also good. The stuffed bread was a bit bland for our taste (I am Iranian and we have some amazing breads...). Overall, a very good experience!!”
“This place is truly an overlooked gem in the SGV. I don't even remember how we found it, and they're not going to win any awards for decor or atmosphere, but the proprietor is very friendly and makes tremendous food that is served fast in generous quantities at a very good price. The noodle dishes we've had here rival any we've had in southern california, including Mian at their best (like right after they opened, not in the past few years). Especially recommend the chungking noodle with red soup, dan dan noodle, and my favorite, the chungking homemade noodle, which is definitely worth the couple extra bucks for the better noodles than those that come with the regular chungking noodle. Happy to find that the prices haven't increased recently, and would love to see more people eating here. It's so good!If you're a fan of really sweet drinks, order the lemon tea.Cash only. Easy parking.”
“Very authentic Hunan food! Flavorful but not too Sat. They do get busy during lunch but we'll worth the wait. Delivery is a good option too cuz it doesn't impact food quality. The heat does build up so ask for less spices if you can't handle it.”
“Best fish seafood ever! Unfortunately, people smoke right outside the door leading into the restaurant. Smoke can blow into the room especially when it's raining outside. If I didn't love the food so much, I wouldn't come here. I try to sit far away from the door.”
“Great dim sum. Food brought out by push cart but is order by menu. Large venue with big TV screens and dance floor. We got lucky and were there when they did a Lunar New Year celebration.”
“Had a group of 9 people on a Friday night. Huge parking lot. Sat us down right away, you pay upfront which is nice. SO MUCH SUSHI! And it tasted very fresh. Pick your toppings for stir-fry noodle, and chief cooks it up right in front of you! All you can eat for sure. Yes there is TONS of seafood, but there are so many other options as well. Everything we tried was delicious and had so much flavor. Many dessert options. 0 complaints. Definitely will be returning. ??”
“I gave a 5 star because I really want this business to do well!1. The service was great for a Chinese place. It's one lady working the whole front. She was nice and attentive, she was even kind to the delivery pick up people that came in, and packed the to go for me at the end of my meal!2. Delicious food, good portions. Comparatively, it's the lower price of what you can find of quality Chinese food. I don't recommend getting the fresh cut fish because they actually fillet the fish so there are some fine bones and it's not cleaned very well. Flavor still good and didn't bother me. The cold noodle is a must, less on the tangy side and more on spice. I do love that the chili in this dish is very clean and doesn't have that burnt taste some other places have. I was only able to try 2 dishes but I would definitely come back for more.3. The restaurant is very spacious but it's not a bougie place. Come here for a good meal, not the view. There's definitely bigger tables that can seat large parties.4. Parking is probably the worst since it's mostly streets and it's on a big street. But not difficult to find parking though you may have to walk a few steps.Would love to see this restaurant thrive.”
“My family & I used to come here every so often throughout the years when I was a kid. I’ve also been here, here & there as an adult but hadn’t been here in years since I don’t live near the area anymore. Anyway, recently I had their Di Pilla’s Special Pizza & it was still pretty good like it was years ago but a little different than before?. I’ve also had their Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken & their simple fresh baked bread as well as their Lasagna in the past which were all really good?. This is a family owned restaurant that’s been around for years & passed on generation after generation.”
“Staff is friendly. The venue is nicely decorated. There are large private party rooms. The menu has a variety of classic dishes to exquisite items. Great location for small or large parties.”
24 Hour Restaurants
“IHOP never fails to satisfy the craving for pancakes ?. This location is open 24 hours 7 days a week. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The Blueberry Pancakes ? are great here, a must-try.”
“Often only accepts cash. Be prepared.Updated as of August 2023: This place often closes down after midnight and it's touch and go with whoever is working there. They will be "closed" until 4AM even though it is listed as Open 24 hours. Hast lost my business when it comes to options during late late nights.”
“Delicious Food Corner is a restaurant I keep coming back to for brunch.Their pork and preserved egg congee is a great (staple Cantonese-style) breakfast item, but a bit plain, so I like to add white pepper to it.The pineapple bun with butter is best eaten fresh when the bun is still steamy hot and the butter is slightly melted.F.Y.I. Don't get the toast with condensed milk to-go; it's super dry and they don't give you enough condensed milk and sugar powder. The (ceylon) milk tea is often made fresh and you can see the staff pouring/mixing it from a 2-foot height at the kitchen bar area. It's pretty amazing to watch them do that and I've never seen it being done in-person at other restaurants.I ordered the shrimp cheung fun with the breakfast combo meal (which is a great value), but I got the rice rolls with peanut sauce instead. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the combination is and it's more like a dessert item. It's basically like the Thai-style peanut sauce on top of cheung fun.At least for this location, it's almost always full of people with no tables, even just 30 minutes after opening. I usually order to-go for that reason, but parking in sparse in the plaza too.”

Takeout Restaurants
“Wow! This small restaurant is packed of flavors! The atmosphere is inviting and charming. Our waiter was attentive, quick and efficient. The wait for food did not take long at all. I love that the menu was simple. There are rice plate, noodle and appetizers options. We had the Banh xeo. The plate came with 3 crispy mini Banh Xeo and served with a plate of fresh greens for wrapping. The noodles were bomb! The bun mam was so tasty. The broth had a hint of sweetness and a fermented fish taste. I love the pepper stuffed with Cha. Oh and the veggies that is served with the bun nam have a crunch to every bite. The pho was surprisingly good too. The broth was rich and flavorful. However, I do wish they serve the nuoc beo - onion oil. The rice plate was decent too. The flavor of the grilled meat was yummy. I would definitely come back here again! Try the bun mam!!”

“First time at this location. The coffee Oreo is the best ice cream I've ever had! So good! Also the gentleman that helped me was super nice and friendly! Wish I would have asked him name. He was there 9/6/2023 between 1:50-2:15pm lolThank you sir for making my day. Location by my house has terrible customer service so I never go, I will be driving out to this location from now on”
“This place is the bomb!! Will be my togo place for a bowl of delicious SeaFood Wonton Noodle. The noodles were chewy, fresh perfectly cooked. The seafood and wonton were perfectly prepared and tasty. Have to give the wonton a perfect 10. We also had their Hai Nam chicken rice, which was also delicious. The place is so clean, servers were super attentive. This place beats Kim Ky by a mile. Will definitely come back.”

“I hate to admit that I visited this bakery thanks to an Instagram Reel. Well, I'm glad I did, because I have been looking for a new bakery since the one near me has inconsistent hours and now I found this placed. The pan dulce is super good. I mean so delicious. The only reason why this place isn't getting all of the stars and praised is really simple, in 2024 why doesn't a business have a menu with prices?? I mean it's business 101 to list the price of the goods.I hope the business can add some information about the prices/ingredients because people need to know how much things cost and ingredients due to allergies.”
“Making me to coming back every week the best boba place. I always get the best costomer service. The boba tea very testy. Beautiful place to hang out. Really recommend.”
“An excellent hole in the wall that satisfies all taste buds in one sitting! I am ALWAYS craving their noodles! Both affordable and tasteful. It doesn't get better than this--even a noodle house doesn't top their food. There's a variety of options, but they're known for their infamous wonton noodle soup! People tend to pair it with some delicious "Chinese donuts"”
“Small restaurant/ cafe that specializes in noodles and dumplings. And more specifically, shanxi knife-cut noodles. The place feels family owned and operated and this was reflected in the friendly, warm service. I came in on a cold evening, looking for some warm soup. So I ordered the beef noodle soup. I ended choosing the thinner, hand stretched noodles (as apposed to the thicker knife cut variety), because it seemed like it would go better in the soup. The noodles were very well done and chewy. Great texture to go along with the comforting spicy broth. I also ordered fish and leek dumplings. Great flavor and structure. I took most to go because the two dishes I ordered was a lot of food. I enjoyed the vibe here. While I was eating, there were two ladies preparing dumplings off to the side. It reminded me of my mom and aunt when I visit my parents. So there was a nostalgic factor. Like a lot of other restaurants in the area that I really enjoy, this place feels like a great value for delicious noodles and dumplings because of their great selection and very reasonable prices.”
“We stopped in 30 min before they closed. I was skeptical about the quality of the food to be ordered. However, everything turned out great and tasted fantastic, just like homemade. The servers were really patient and kind regardless of the fact that they were about to close for the day. In some other places, I would have the feeling that I am being rushed to order, to finish my meal and to pay. However, not at this place.”
“Yummy Portuguese egg tartTart is on the soft side, not the crispy layered style.I like both styles, so all good.I order a couple to four dozens every time I go thereThey are still hot some times and I just eat them right away.Pricing are getting higher and higher though”
“Their Japanese cheesecake is like biting into a piece of heaven - it's fluffy, light, and just the right amount of sweetness. PROMO ALERT: Until the end of Feb, tag them on social media, and you'll receive a free cheese tart! I chose the matcha flavor.”
“This is my second time coming here, and the food is delicious ? and the service is great. very attentive to us, and I got mango sticky rice which was the best! Definitely ”

Drive-Thru Restaurants
“This has been by far, the best place to get your Pastrami fix. I live in Las Vegas and when ever I go to California, I have to stop at Jim's to get a Pastrami.”
“I come here for the vanilla ca phe sua da (Vietnamese iced coffee). It's probably my favorite place to get it, even tho it's pretty sweet with the condensed milk. The atmosphere feels like an Asian market cafe with small groceries & coffee cans in the center, but it feels smaller & cozy for the older folks to hang out with their buddies inside & outside. The sandwiches are ok to good, tho there's a lot of competition for banh mi in the area. They have Buy 2 Get 1 Free for many of their items but it's not obvious unless you get their app.Bathrooms are clean. Wait is decent. There is a drive thru, try not to park where the drive thru line is or you might get trapped.”
“I've only tried their burgers and fries and every time they have never disappointed. They're fried zucchini and onion rings are definitely some of the best. It's a great local spot to grab a burger and would recommend swinging by!”
“I came in to try snoop's munchie meal, plus to take advantage of the free refills on a hot day. I haven't been inside a jack n da box in maybe around 6 years or so. I was surprised it was actually clean! The meal costs more than 15$. I think if you like the food it's a good deal considering how everything costs these days. Plus, it came with an air fresher for your car. It also helped that all my food was made super fresh and was piping hot! My only gripe is the sandwich in the meal isn't really a sandwich. It comes on a hot dog shaped bun. So I guess if u consider a hot dog a sandwich, then it's a sandwich. lol”
“I eat at pollo loco most of the time since I am a driver and it seems to me to be one of the healthiest fast foods on the market in this location. It is the best pollo loco restaurant so far that I have visited and I have been to almost all the pollo locos in Los Ángeles, the incredible attention, the portions and the detail of ordering it the way I like it without being bothered. I love it. It's my second time in this location and it has been the best customer service. The food and the place are very spacious and clean. Thank you very much to the person who served me today. in the morning his name. Ashley”
“Quick, affordable and consistent. I mean quick service, affordable options and consistent flavors. I like knowing what to expect and it gives me peace of mind to eat here in this location. Will be coming back for more peace of mind comforting meals!”
“Taco's always hit the spot! Restaurant was very clean! Employees, BOTH, a lady manager & a guy at the register were SO RUDE & just very unkind with grumpy dirty looks! The guy was practically whispering as he rolled his eyes! ?”
“Quick, affordable and consistent. I mean quick service, affordable options and consistent flavors. I like knowing what to expect and it gives me peace of mind to eat here in this location. Will be coming back for more peace of mind comforting meals!”
“For a small place like this, they did well. The service was good and so was the food. Ordered the extra large combo and split it between my me and my wife and left feeling full and satisfied.”
“First of all I don't even leave reviews . But the two young men of Asian decent working that counter today blew me away with their amazing energy and good customer service . And it wasn't just to me , they kept their demeanor with everyone . They were so pleasant I forgot I was at McDonald's lol that was so dope”
“I'm a truck driver. The girl at the window was cool that she let me walk up the window to order my food after hours. Knowing my truck won't fit the drive through.”
“Drive thru employee Josue gave me a positive attitude and service that made my day better. I appreciate fast food workers a lot and there effort and consistent positive service at this location.”
“Super great place. Came here for the first time yesterday to get some donuts for my coworkers and everyone loved them, I especially loved the crumb donut. Came by this morning and got turkey, egg, cheese croissant sandwich and it's huge, delicious, and very fair price! The staff are super friendly and very pleasant in the morning. It's really nice coming in the morning and being greeted by them. The guy working there in the morning was also very helpful and accommodating when I asked him to just give me a random assortment of 2 dozen donuts. I think I'll make this my go to spot if I need something to eat before work since it's way better food and WAY better price than Starbucks or McDonald's these days.”
“Review is only for the banquet style dinner. We had a 5pm reservation inside their banquet rooms for CNY. This was the right move as the restaurant got much busier by 6/7pm. Ordered the set menu at $899 and added on more specialty dishes - like the squab, king crab, and much more. Service is pretty good considering most of the staff knows my family - can’t say the same for those who are not Cantonese linguistically and culturally.”
Cheap Eats
“Cash only. The best banh mi according to Eater and it did not disappoint. The bread is freshly baked and the ingredients are fresh. The #1 comes in a roll while the #11 is a baguette. The #1 is classic while the #11 has less bread in each bite. It would be better if they layered the ingredients better, all the greens like cilantro and jalapenos were pushed to one side. The service is fast. The atmosphere is bare bones but inviting.”
“One of the best baos I've had! Was about to get quick lunch next door but then decided to get a pork bun instead. The store is small but there were so many sweet and savory buns along with other Asian goodies. The owner was very friendly and gave me fresh ones - the perfectly seasoned meat and egg combined with the warm soft bun was simply delicious. I couldn't help my cravings and got a variety of sweet buns for later which included flavors such as taro, durian, mung bean, and custard. They were cold, but after microwaving for 45 seconds as instructed they were all tasty and a yummy snack later! Prices were very fair and affordable - will definitely be back!”
“Hole on the wall type restaurant with basic Vietnamese food, customer service was not the greatest but that was to be expected from this kind of place. Food was tasty and great without frills. Had the cơm phần 2 người with chè 3 màu.”
“Boom. In the area? Go here!... Not in the area? Get in the area and go here! Authentic! Delicious! Legit! If you don't love it... there's something wrong with you...Cheers!”
“You must not miss this Shanxi noodle restaurant. The uncle at the front desk is super friendly and friendly. He speaks friendly Taiyuan dialect. In addition, the food is very authentic (a strong affirmation from Taiyuan people in Shanxi Province), and it will not make any mistakes. It tastes like a parent! ! ! Moved to tears! Come and eat! !”
“Food court restaurant, Chinese speaking mostly. Tried their Tom Yum noodle before, a bit salty but good taste. My favorite dish here is their Chinese broccoli with Crispy Pork. Goes great with rice and very tasty. Pineapple fried rice here is also very decent.Overall, great neighborhood/food court restaurant with good dishes for decent money.”
“It's the kind of mom and pop place that I love to eat. The place is only big enough for about 7-8 tables. But the traffic never stops.Staff, including the owner, are very friendly and down to earth. I love that the owner was at each table talking and checking on customers.Food: This place is known for the quality of the steamed chicken. It's perfectly seasoned and perfectly steamed.”
“Came here for lunch and it was a really homey experience. We ordered the #1 beef streamed rice with pickled mustard (that had enough rice for two people), #10 braised chicken and abalone soup with ginseng, #35 Minnan ginger duck, and # 42 garlic bok choy. Though the soup size was a bit small for the price, I felt the quality of the broth was worth it on the first taste. You know by the smell of garlic bok choy that the hot wok was on fire! (The fire emoji is not showing up here) The service was kind and fast. Will definitely come back to try the other soups and dishes! Come give it a try!”
“This is the only taco truck I can always rely on! The tacos and meat is just awesome and sometimes they get your order wrong if you're not clear or loud enough but nothing that can't be fixed! I would cry if this truck ever leaves.”
“3.5 - nice, simple, affordable! they have a lot of food options which surprised me and i just got black tea w lychee jelly and the drink was good. the food came PACKED but taste could be better. they have wifi and place was clean with ac!”
“Called to order a banh mi at like 8:30 and they came in so clutch. Love that they’re open till 9. Portions are large - really huge compared to normal, it really hit the spot today”
“OMG! Bacon & avocado are paper thin. Doesn’t have much variety of liquid juice for it…Thought it’s franchise business. I ate @ other locations weekly from work. This location was my first & last, sorry. 5 stars for economic support …”
“The workers are very nice. I am on a diet and tries to stay away from sweet. I asked the nice tall gentleman for a cup of water.on a Saturday afternoon I was there waiting for my friend. Bao was verly nice, he pour ice cubes and water into a pretty cup with a lid and given to me with a straw. I admire the hard thses workers hard work of taking care of their boba drinks lover. If you want great drinks and excellent service, please consider this wonderful tea house. Once again thank you to Bao and a nice Asian lady who help me refill my water. May your business always prosper.”
“This is a must stop for me when I’m in SoCal because the chive turnover and scallion pancake is my favorite. Crisp and chewy and not too salty but entirely tasty. Oh man, just thinking about it makes me want to go there.”
“The side dishes were great, such as the fried octopus legs and the fried chicken. The ramen, on the other hand, was just OK, especially the noodles were not very good and tasteless. The broth was lukewarm, and the added condiments, garlic chips, corn, and soft egg were all just OK and cold. It was not bad, just OK.”
“Got the #7 grilled beef. Pretty good. Had a Vietnamese coffee, I was happy that it didn’t leave me cracked out.The environment is a bunch old timer Vietnamese gentleman here drinking their coffee and chatting with their homies.Everyone is nice.My favorite is the French baguette. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.”

“They are really nice here. The young female cashier is very precise and the food is made with love and skill. Plus the hot chili crisp oil they sell is sooo good. The Batch X will make you cry and I love it. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu!”
“Everything on the menu is good. My uncle worked Chinese restaurants 30 years and he still likes the food here better over a lot of other similar places. I recommend the wonton soup, chicken chow fun, and mushroom with bean curd tofu.”
“Don't listen to any reviews that are less than 4 stars, folks. This is the BEST pho place around in the L.A. area. Service is super quick, and the food is always fresh. The broth is nice and brown like it should be, not oily, and super flavorful. They are very generous with the meat, which has less stringy fat on it than most other pho places, and the noodles are thin just the way I like it and cooked to absolute perfection. Look no further! If you want pho, this is the place to go. Best part is that I live only 2 blocks away! How great is that?”
“The fluffy Pork Sung Salted Egg Yolk bread poster draws me into the store. Yu Cake is not your typical Asian bakery. They have flavors and items that I have not seen before, like Mochi Mochi Brown Sugar bread. The store itself has a classy high-end feel to it. It's like I step in to Louis Vuitton of bakery - LOLI asked the worker the shelf life for the loaf of bread. It's weird that she told me two days, even though it was baked that day. I assumed it should last up to 5 days if I put it in the fridge. Of course, I purchased the Pork Sung Salted Egg Yolk bread because I was really curious about the taste. It was fluffy and soft, but not enough pork floss or salted egg yolk. I expected savory and stronger flavors. For $17 a loaf, I don't think it's worth it.Surprisingly, the Uji Matcha Snowflake Chewy Cube was absolutely delicious! The combination of cookies, marshmallows, dried mango, and nuts is so addicting. We ate the whole jar in our car ride home before I could take a close-up picture.I didn't try their cakes this time, but it seems like that's their signature. The Mango crepe cake looks incredible.”

“Good Chinese run bakery. Many popular Hong Kong Cantonese and Taiwanese style bread, cake, and pastry items: BBQ pork bun, "coconut butterfly", "pineapple bun", red bean bun, custards, black egg pastry, ... They also make birthday cakes that can also be preordered. During the festival, they also make moon-cakes etc”

“First time at this location. The coffee Oreo is the best ice cream I've ever had! So good! Also the gentleman that helped me was super nice and friendly! Wish I would have asked him name. He was there 9/6/2023 between 1:50-2:15pm lolThank you sir for making my day. Location by my house has terrible customer service so I never go, I will be driving out to this location from now on”
“Wow, what a selection of ready-to-eat meals in which you can choose to microwave at the self-serve condiments & utensils area. Plus, it's a mini market for all your Indonesian cooking needs. Outdoor-only dining and parking is a little challenging.”
