“I really enjoy going to Johnny Shrimp Boat. It's such a great place to be! One of my favorite things there is definitely the beans with the gravy, they are just so delicious. I also appreciate the friendly and cheerful nature of the guy in the front, he always puts me in a good mood. Oh, and they even have succulents available for purchase at the front. “Yeah it's an English Pub but man can they turn into an Irish Pub when it's St.Payricks Day. We had a great time and even though you had to wait in line it went fast. Food was great with the traditional corn beef and cabbage and the corn beef was like butter to the fork. Amazing. And we also had fish and chips. That fish was crispy on the outside and a fat white portion of fish on the inside. And you know I had to put malt vinegar on it. The waiter suggested Guinness with a mixture of Framboise which is a raspberry Belgium beer I love. It worked great. This is my favorite quiet Lucky Baldwins and then if you want a higher energy head to Old Town Pasadena to that Lucky Baldwin. They both are great.“
“The chicken was . I have had such bad luck finding a good fried chicken place until now! I will be back for the chicken AND Chinese food. The fried rice and chowmein were also delicious. “This place is very delicious. I received the Lemon Pepper Tilapia. Prices are very reasonable. Customer Service was great! The only thing I disliked was the Sriracha provided. They had the original roster Sriracha on display but we were given the cheap Vinagre knock off.I will definitely be returning and becoming a regular.“

“1st visit: It was my first time coming to California fish grill. I love how they have a lot of options from the menu! The staff is really friendly and helpful, I asked if I can get a sample of the deal salt mango drink" and they gave me a sample. I got the battered fish & chips(they have 2 or 3) I got the full platter and it comes with a side of kaleslaw. New location: The only thing that disappointed me was the wait.. they did take a while to cook my food... but When I went I think they just opened this location, but it's okay I totally understand, no biggie or maybe it's just how long it takes to cook?? (I never been to California fish grill). Food overall: SOOOOO GOOD!! I didn't expect it to be really good just for fish and chips, even the kaleslaw has so many good flavors. They even have different condiments and it's such a big plate for the price. It's so worth it! Definitely coming back !!“
