Never have been so disappointed in a bj's order. Tonight I placed an order with the restaurant through doordash getting a half and half pizza with half cheese and sauce / pepperoni pizza along with a strawberry sugar pizookie and a brownie sundae pizookie. The pizza smelt weird through the box as soon as it arrived at my house and when I opened it what I had received was a sad excuse for pizza, my half that was cheese and sauce had next to no sauce. In all honesty if I could've given negative stars I would've. I would have also felt extremely embarrassed for our server that had to continuously come back to our table to tell us that 1 item after another was not available and hadn't been for a couple of days, but after his break he didn't return. The food that we did order may have been good for all I know . However, because of the inability to keep an updated digital menu and poor service, it left a bad taste.

I have yet again been let down by this restaurant, I really love the food, if I can get the right order. I went in for pick up today, on my order I asked for extra sauce. When the crew member brought my food to my car. I check for the sauce, no extra sauce. I went in to get the sauce, met with an apology.
