The filet was the worst tasting filet I ever had. (Roseville)
BAD BUSINESS! The Roseville location calls me 2 days before my Mother’s Day reservation for 4 and tells me that if I don’t give them my credit card information to put on file that they will not honor my reservation. It’s one thing to ask me for that information while making the reservation on-line but how dare they ask me to provide them my personal card information over the phone and when I declined they said sorry we can’t honor your reservation. I can not express enough...read full review
Put our name on the waitlist and were told 45 minute wait. After close to an hour, I went to see how much longer it would be and were told an hour more! Another person in front of us was upset because they didn’t put him on the waitlist at all. Love the Folsom location but would NEVER come back to Roseville. Land Ocean Restaurant Roseville presents a stylish and clean environment. The salmon entree may sometimes be overcooked, but the poke bowl is highly recommended. The Chilean sea bass can be disappointing, with one reviewer finding it overseasoned and sweet. The Happy Hour features tasty small bites like Ahi Tuna Tacos and beef Wellingtons, accompanied by excellent service. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive, and the desserts and cocktails are top-notch. The location near the Roseville Galleria makes it easy to enjoy a walk after dinner. The restaurant is praised for its good prices, quick service, and incredible food, including the best muscles the reviewer has ever had. The Filet was cooked perfectly and very tender, with excellent mashed potatoes and demiglaz sauce. The French Dip was also highly praised for its meat, roll, and au jus with a hint of rosemary. The Creme Brule was described as super custardy, vanillay, and smooth, reminiscent of authentic French cafes. Overall, Land Ocean Restaurant offers a refined dining experience with great food and service.
