I didn’t get a photo because we were too busy eating but I did pull this photo from their reviews for reference of what we wanted. Our pizza looked just like this and tasted amazing. “The veggie pizza is one of the best we've had just short of Killer Pizza from Mars and Al's does it with less salt. The medium is too big for two so we're taking some slices. I had a root beer float just because it's been decades since I've had one and it's decent (there's some ice in the ice cream) and reasonably priced. The service is okay.“
“I recently met some buddies at Chicago Fire in Roseville. While I Door Dash pizza from them periodically, it had been awhile since I had visited the restaurant. It was a good experience. We were there for a light lunch and a couple of drinks. I was amazed by their bourbon selection. For example, Blanton's and Rip Van Winkle. Darn good stuff. For food we had chicken wings and a slice of pizza. All delicious and I will return soon. Service was great and food prices were competitive. Nice atmosphere in the bar area.“

“This was my first time having Firehouse Pizza. I had the Hawaiian Extreme & Firehouse. I have to say, I was very impressed and the pizza was delicious. It's hard for me to rate a pizza 5 stars but this place definitely deserved it. The ingredient were fresh, the dough was perfectly cooked and I had 6 slices! I usually only eat 4, but couldn't help myself.I also wanted to compliment the homemade ranch and the warm cookie was fire! The service was great and they welcomed us with a friendly smile. “I ate there for the first time on Monday and was absolutely impressed with the food, the value and the quality of service. The server makes your cocktails (apparently only on weeknights) I thought it was cool because they had some good knowledge . Our server was attentive; the food came out quick and was excellent. I had the chicken marsala , my son had the Seasonal Shrimp Pasta; we also had bruschetta, Brussels sprouts and the meatball appetizer which was also fantastic. We had a 3rd person in case you were thinking these guys eat a ton. Thethe craft cocktails were spot on and I'm still amazed the server could still offer such great service while making drinks, delivering food and keeping us entertained! I certainly recommend this place for a quality meal and look forward to their summer seasonal specials.“

“It's always a little weird when I walk in because sometimes they are like are you here to pickup? Sometimes they don't say anything and I feel weird grabbing the pizza off the shelf and walking out without a word. But I've always been helped by the service staff whenever asked and the pizza tastes great. My family has pizza nights at home almost once a week, for the price of a good tasting pizza you can't beat it. I would love to meet the owner and let him know how valuable that is especially in this area!“

“I love this place! The deep dish breadsticks with pesto and cheese are amazing! Perfect combination of cheese and pesto, both of which had excellent flavor. You can order with or without pesto. I enjoy mine with a side of their homemade ranch. The combination pizza was loaded with toppings. The sausage was nice and thick and onions were cooked perfectly. Crust was brushed with either oil or butter which I enjoyed dipping in ranch. The pizza was just a tad bit over cooked for my liking but overall it was great and I would definitely go again“
“Hooch's is a fun place, especially on Saturdays with Karaoke added to the mix. The patrons were nice, the atmosphere was great. Just enough energy for everyone to be interacting and having a good time with one another, but not too much as too feel chaotic. The bartender was a nice chap. They were out of stock on 3 different canned beers I had asked for, but they can't be blamed much when a big ol crowd comes in for karaoke. I still got something I enjoyed, so no harm no foul. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to try the food, but I'm told the pizza is next level. Give this place a shot if you're looking for a good time with friends or even alone.
