“I had the trax tacos from here and they might be the best tacos ive ever had. I one then and the other two two days later and still amazing. The reason i gave 2 stars for the atmosphere is because i asked the worker how she felt about working there since she looked miserable she told me she hated it their and dont apply and whenever the owner (some Indian guy) would look up all the staff would act like they were in severe jeaoardy if they made eye contact which was interesting to watch over and over. Besides that i recommend the cosmic crips cider #16 i believe and don't mix sweet dark with non sweet light beer. Good dayParking: Parking is free provided by Roseville city“
“The veggie pizza is one of the best we've had just short of Killer Pizza from Mars and Al's does it with less salt. The medium is too big for two so we're taking some slices. I had a root beer float just because it's been decades since I've had one and it's decent (there's some ice in the ice cream) and reasonably priced. The service is okay.“
“Updated Review: During a recent visit, we had the steak and eggs brunch meal. The steak was grilled exactly as ordered and dressed with a bit of delicious ranchero sauce. Our server, Ashley, was attentive and friendly.Consistency in quality and service could be improved, but we keep coming back because the overall value is good. The quality of food and staff is inconsistent. Management needs to work on quality control and sufficient staffing. During some past visits, servers were great. Other times, they were not so attentive. Sometimes, the steak is a bit tough, and other times, it's perfect.Restrooms are modern and clean. The current manager seems conscious and intent on improving the restaurant.“
“Saw a couple of cover bands (Bad Jovi). Great venue (upstairs). Big wide open floor with pub style seating around the back and behind the dance floor/ stage. The upstairs bar gets very crowded, during the show. Just slip downstairs for a drink. Downstairs remains open during the show. While a little understaffed, bartenders were friendly.“
“This is my new favorite Mexican food spot. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly and on top of everything you could need. We share the fajitas for two and leave full and paying a really great price. The crispy tacos and flautas are great too.“
“Excellent selection of craft beer, ciders and seltzers. It's a great place to hang out, have some drinks and catch a game. They also have a ton of board games you can play while enjoying the ambiance. All the "beertenders" are super cool and very knowledgeable. They are great with recommendations as well. 10/10.“
“We stopped there for a quick meal today. Bree was serving, and Todd was behind the scenes cooking. Very attentive and prompt service, great, thoughtful flavor combinations, and comfortable atmosphere. We tried the poke nachos, the jalapeño burger, and not sure what the wife got, but she loved it.I was truly impressed on the chef's creativity and ability to mix flavors and textures to a level that i would expect from a much higher pedigree restaurant. We literally stopped for a quick meal with a average expectations and walked out feeling like those expectations were beyond surpassed.Todd came out of the kitchen to check in on us, you can tell he cares about the food that he puts out, i love to see that. If he's not the sous chef, then i recommend for the chef to take a good look at him.Thank you! We'll be back.“
“This meal stands out as one of my favorites during my time in Roseville. It's a reminder that sometimes, the best dishes are the ones you stumble upon unexpectedly. The downtown area of Roseville, with its charming streets and inviting storefronts, sets the perfect backdrop for an Italian dining adventure. My heart was set on lasagna, a classic favorite, but I learned it's a coveted weekend special, available only on Fridays and Saturdays while supplies last. This small detail speaks volumes about the restaurant's commitment to freshness and quality.Instead, I opted for the Bolognese with meatballs, a decision that did not disappoint. It's not often that one finds a place that serves truly authentic Italian food, but this restaurant has managed to capture the essence of Italian cooking.“
“The Onyx Club could be considered a dive, right, but is elevated by unexpected elegance.Does that make any sense?Dark wood, onyx fixtures, (duh) clean looking brickwork, an eclectic jukebox, a friendly bartender, and an old world feel mash up to provide a comfy atmosphere. The food only gets 4 stars bc it's all fried, (I think) I would have liked a cold shrimp cocktail or a cheese plate but y'know, whatchaagonnado? We chatted up a couple of locals and there was (almost) a singalong for a satisfying midday oasis from the current crisis (name that one for yourself ?)Worth a stop. Worth a return stop!“
“Had a great time at The Trocadero. Bartenders were very friendly, beers were ice cold, and the place had a ton of energy. Was only able to catch the tail end of the band but to follow was a DJ who kept the place energized. Samantha was a total sweetheart! We had a half drunken beer that gotten thrown away, Samantha was quick with a replacement. The place got really busy but she continued to provide us excellent service with her nice smile.“
“Alright, I admit, I have been driving past this place for decades. I always thought "Huh, cool name. I should stop sometime" but never did for some reason. Last night my wife and I were driving past after an event in Rocklin and we decided to finally give it a shot. Why have we not been here before?! An incredibly cozy and fun neighborhood bar. Great food; my cheesesteak was amazing and the homemade chips were on point. The prices are totally fair. The ambience was fun with a lot of regulars in good spirits. The music was there but not so loud that you couldn't hold a conversation. Apparently one of the owners is from Chicago, so there is plenty of Cubs and Bears paraphernalia along with SF gear (the other owner is NorCal) and it definitely has the Midwest "neighborhood bar" vibe. I half expected to see a bottle of Mallort behind the bar. Anyway, you should definitely stop driving by The Glass Turtle and stop in!!“
“Hadn't been to Chili's in a while. Got there about 5 p.m. after watching granddaughter's softball game, it was already quite busy but the 2 of us got seated right away. We were waited on promptly and food arrived quickly.Hubby had a Chipotle Salad bowl I had a Quesadilla Explosion salad (quite large) with a generous portion of grilled chicken. Everything was very good! No room for dessert.“
“Big variety of food options. Food is tasty, love their firecracker shrimp, ceviche, poke nachos and spicy tuna stack. They have big vegan menu, my friends loved their vegan plates and salads. Long list of drinks. I had the best piña colada Mocktail. Quick service despite being pretty busy and crowded.“
