These bold flavors come in different variations of heat mild is ok the hot one is spicy but enjoyable and extra hot you better be ready to guzzle water. You can taste the difference in the spices the owner Nam uses he takes pride in his work and the taste is there. No wait unlike the big name places, but their food speaks volumes. This place holds true to great food from a family business. This place has won this foodie over. Hidden Gem in Covina there are a few of these places and this is one of them. “Loudness and buzz aside, the service is attentive, energetic, and very accommodating. The All hooked up pasta was delicious as was the gumbo. Flavors are strong, and the rice in the gumbo is NOT steamed, so please be aware that this is pretty normal for Cajun dishes.Normally I wouldn't finish such heavy noodles, but I couldn't stop and now I'm ALL HOOKED UP to have more.Cheers! “Just left the Salem Oregon location. It was so much better than what I was expecting. It’s not been open long so they’re still working out the kinks with servers and all that. But the bag o seafood was SPOT ON. It was all so good. I’m sure the longer it’s open the service kinks will be worked out. But it’s certainly very good food. Everything was delicious.“
“The customer service right off was awesome the entire experience, the AC was on and it was a beautiful sunny day. Very pleasant atmosphere, but most importantly, the food was AMAZING, we got the #2 $130. We tried And we couldn’t finish it! everything tasted fresh, the sauce is made fresh every day and I could tell, hands down the best! “Omygoodness some darn good fried chicken and the wedges are huge and meaty. My chicken was surprisingly fresh tasting and also looked like it. Temperature was exact. My second time in life having fried chicken from inside of a gas station. Service was satisfactory. Two pieces dark meat, wedges and drink for a little over $10 is not bad. I will have it again.“

“It's a small restaurant with super good seafood!!! I ordered Seafood Deluxe 4lb and it come with additional 1 lb crawfish for free. Bubbas bomb flavor is amazing!!! The servers are so nice. They went over everything with us, explained their deal, the flavors, and package the left over food after we got full. Highly recommend!!!“
