“A gem on Folsom Blvd. The new owners have treated this institution with so much love it brings joy to my heart. Food is incredibly delicious, and the workers always wear a bright, friendly smile. It's an old style of diner, with cool posters and knickknacks but not too cluttered. Prices are very reasonable, and you will not walk away hungry or disappointed.“
“Still the best philly cheese steak I’ve had. I used to come here all the time and moved away. I had the chance to come back and bought two big subs to take home. Still great, still super clean restaurant, nice/fast service. Still super good Classic philly. Can’t wait to come back someday!!“
“It’s not often you find a place to eat that’s so good you make it your first stop after getting off an 8 hour flight. I haven’t ate here in over 4 years, but somehow it’s more delicious than the last time. Love eating here so much I couldn’t wait to bring my husband to try it out. It’s also not often the owner of the establishment comes over to entertain your 3 month old daughter so you can enjoy your meal. He held her, fed her and made her smile so we could spend time as a family together. 10/10 would recommend.“
“In and out wishes they were this place. The food is cheaper than most fast food places and their fries are great for people with sensitive teeth without sacrificing taste & quality. The employees are kind and welcoming as long as you’re the same! I’ll definitely be coming back ✨“
“A large menu of subs and drive in favorites. All reasonably priced with 3 size options for the subs. Had a #13 Philly and it was pretty good. Interior is no frills but still clean and well maintained. Service is prompt. A good place for lunch or wings when you have the munchies“
“Have I had better cheesesteaks? Yes. Does this place still have really good cheesesteaks? Yes. I got the Supreme Cheesesteak which was good although I would have chosen a different cheese because the cheddar cheese sauce is pretty much just nacho cheese. Ingredients are good, bread is soft but not soggy and the small size is the perfect personal size. The fries here are also amazing, some of the best I’ve had. Overall I would come back here since I work nearby. 4.5/5.“
