The place was a mess! Half of the items were out, manager said she didn't have time to make more. Got my food at 7pm. Lettuce was brown. The food was extremely salty. Horrible experience. I wouldn't go there. The table was a disaster and the table behind the service station was filled with dishes. No wait maybe 7-8 in the restaurant.
How has the quesadilla machine been broken for over six weeks? After late night sports practice every few weeks my son wants chipotle for dinner. We pop in for a steak quesadilla..."sorry the machine is broken" ok I understand but its been over SIX WEEKS...."sorry the machine is broken".....today at 2pm...."sorry the machine is broken"...is it REALLY....or are the kids too lazy to make them???? Loehmann's plaza chipotle is TERRIBLE.

This place is horrible. I got my food it was so salty and cold. I Tried to take it back to get a refund and the manager, so she says was so rude. She should be fired for her customer service skills. I was a secret shopper and they failed in every way. Pick a different chipotle by far this is one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to as a secret shopper/investigator.
