My family and I were VERY impressed with how clean this place was. We recently went there and never saw an employee without cleaning solution and towels in hand. The staff were constantly cleaning the games, the walls, and the soda fountain area (which was fully stocked with lids and straws). Staff was friendly, pepperoni pizza was good and ready within 15 minutes. I mean, it's Chuck E. Cheese. It's a bit dorky and odd. The food is not amazing and it was crazy expensive, but it was a 4 year old's birthday and the kids all seemed to have fun. They liked the arcade, but did not care for Chuck E. Cheese himself or the animatronics on stage. The staff and the person in the suit didn't seem like they wanted to be there all that much. I love going to Chuck E. Cheese on week days. It's like taking my kids to a indoor park. My daughter is autistic and this was her first time being at Chuck e cheese and she loved it. The staff are mostly to themselves but have no problem helping you at anytime. Thank you for making our daughters birthday a fun and happy experience.
