Grill City is inside Seafood City market. It's in the court area where other random shops are before walking into the grocery store.I ordered the buy 4 get 1 deal of only pork skewers. I've ordered the chicken before and always regretted it. The total was $19.56 for 4 (not counting the free one)... $5 each!! And it was cold. I ate it right away but ended up saving it til I got home so that I could reheat it.
I first tried this in San Diego, and saw this spot in Sacramento expecting the same. Boy was I wrong ... First off, the ambiance was noisy (and not in a good way). The machines on the wall across from the restaurant were making tiresome and annoying sounds, making the entire experience unbearable at best. They use left over sauce for the chicken barbecue. It smells bad spoiled only after 4 hours of buying it from the store. The chicken seems OK. I am willing to pay for food that is not spoiled.
