Loren is great. Her shift lead not so much. She let the new employee make drinks while she stocked and she came and helped after drinks were wrong. A 3 pump chai drink over ice shouldn't take 15 minutes. If it does don't be rude about our patience if you've been making drinks out of order.
Ordered the wrong drink on the app and forgot to order my lunch. Employees (Bea and Tobi) and the cashier (sorry, I forgot their name) were very nice.I tried the sample pumpkin chai tea something or other they had and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I come to this Starbucks almost every day because I work across the street! I love them here! I have now became a regular and they definitely know my name! They are so welcoming when walking in and always say "hi Kate"! It's rare to find this at some places! The staff and the manager and so sweet here. I always can get my mobile order within 5 min of placing it! So fast so efficient! And the DRINKS they are so good! My favorite Starbucks!
