The Mexican government, inept and apathetic towards their citizens. They make the dmv look like geniuses. You need appointment but their online service and interface are trash...jesus...you're better off making a fake Mexican ID in downtown LA. Even those guys have a faster service.

Got there at 1:32 and was told i couldn't get help because they were taking lunch at 2pm went back Margarita was very rude and everyone said we are not here to ask you for money just get info and documents and she replied you dont like it leave as an American Citizen I am disgusted with that kind of service and should not be tolerated. Horrible Horrible service will go elsewhere.

Went to renew a passport. Couldn't make appointments online or by phone prior, even to the Coachella and Corona offices. Walk ins are rarely helped unless it's an emergency, such as if you already bought a plane ticket. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment or be helped as a walk in, be very nice to them or they won't help you. And prepare to pay extra for being considered urgent..
