The level of service you get depends on who's on the shift. Alexis refused to give me a courtesy water with my order on a day that is 106° outside they do not have no how to treat loyal customers. I like the fact that this jack in the box is always a in n out process for me ..never takes long to get my order finished when i go inside..very respectful workers and most of the time its a quiet
