“Love this place for boba. It’s different (in a great way) in the sense that it has a Pacific Islander influence. The Tongan Mango Otai is my favorite. They have photos with the drink names if you need help envisioning what the drinks are. Great little spot with even better music always playing. Staff are always nice. “Seemed understaffed with only one employee when we walked in. She was super friendly and took the time to address me by name. She was quickly overwhelmed with other customers coming in and still managed to make our drinks quickly. Bakery item shelves were empty and had the feeling that maybe they had a problem with homeless wandering in or something as the place seemed like an inner city stripped down starbucks. Still was a good experience but I wouldn't hang out there.“

I can in to buy a couple espresso shots for a recipe, she advised that Peet’s espresso is very acidic and likely not a good candidate, even went on to recommend alternatives. I was present for the interaction of the review posted by 888sjh. I was there when she received her first drink, she was incredibly condescending and disrespectful towards the barista. First the size was wrong, then it was not hot enough. At the end of the day it’s a matcha latte, please treat our service workers with the same respect that you demand.“
“Smoothies were delicious although I prefer a thicker, dense texture. Extra charge ($1) for the milk alternative and $7 for my avocado matcha while mango matcha was $6.75 both with boba ($0.75). Service was prompt and professional. I definitely recommend!“
“it is my sincere hope that someone in corporate HQ (who probably thinks they know it all), sets sight in this location as their is a level of professional service and sincere customer response that is inherent to the employees and something that is not drawn up in some generic customer response plan.These employees, hustle, deal with heavy traffic and simply persevere through hug-customer demand when obviously understaffed. Most of this occurs when off-site are likely sleeping, and will still be for the next couple of hours. “This Starbucks is located in the lower level food court area. The Asian guy that rang me up was super friendly and courteous, and the female barista was really nice too (to another customer) I was watching as I waited for my coffee. Seems like there's a lot of regulars here. Refills are 50 cents if you purchased it here. So get your coffee, shop, and come back after.“
“I mobile ordered and simply picked up my coffee.I usually get a Blonde Vanilla Latte. ALWAYS delicious. Very consistent. Staff is hard working and never behind. They seem to work well together and have a good time also. It's nice to see employees getting along...and smiling as they greetcustomers. Not easy being happy thru an 8 hour shift...I live in San Bruno but work brings me to Menlo Park...I could go to the San Bruno location, but to be honest, I do prefer THIS location because of the staff.☺️??“
“Were in San Bruno for a night transit before flying home. What a surprise to find this so nice restaurant! Food was excellent, the service very cordial and nice atmosphere with tablecloths, nice wine glasses etc...Very good price/qualité. I highly recommend it ?“
