ITS CLOSED!! SHUTTERED! This is the best branch of the Sarku chain (chinese owned Japanese food). I asked Panda Express across the court and they said they shut down last month. This Sarku has the freshest meat. Serramonte branch has the worst, old meat. Maybe this manager can help Serramonte to bring it up to average.
You have to beg the men cooking the food to stop laughing and making fun of you. It's a nightmare. The food is consistent. It's the men cooking. They are taunting you. When you ask them politely for something they find it an opportunity to have a laugh with their pals at your expense. I've gone there a million times.
