Nice spot located above a hotel. 16 floors up. Slow service. Good food. Wish the appetizer would have been out before the meal. Good cocktails even though they took 10-15 minutes. I'd go back to drink for sure. I would go back. Yes. May not be my first choice though
What a lovely rooftop restaurant at the modern style Carte- Hilton in San Diego! Loved coming here for an easy fun and delicious dinner. The service was great, one of the waitresses Jhezzie was the best she brought our drinks & food out immediately, always greeted us with a smile and gave us great recommendations of fun things to do in San Diego. Had a quick weekend stay at the Carte Hotel and had dinner the first night in their restaurant, Above Ash Social. My server Marius was incredibly attentive and the food was terrific. Had the osso bucco for dinner which was incredibly tender and flavorful. Finished the meal off with some delicious dark chocolate gelato. Great meal and amazing service.
