All aspects catered my wedding and I have to say they were probably the MVP of my wedding vendors. Simon deserves all the praise for exceptional customer service right from the beginning. He created a custom menu to satisfy the needs of all our guest. At our tasting, he assured us it will taste exactly the same on the wedding day.
