Great staff and great service. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Bar are open late and the gym area is great to support a general workout. Checkin/out was quick and available any time of day which makes it easy when you come in late or need to leave early to catch your flight.
The Hard Roll property in the Gas Lamp District in San Diego is a great place to stay. Customer service goes above and beyond. The location is great, rooms are spacious and well appointed. The conference space was perfect!

I came to Float to see a DJ I adore ($20 tickets) but the venue was pretty average. There is a tall staircase that you have climb before getting to the roof. A vodka strawberry slushie drink was $18 (not incl. tip). There was a street taco vendor on one side (1 taco for $8 and 3 tacos for $18). Benches and cocktail tables lined one side, but it was pretty crowded. I was able to go to the pool area, but there were so many people (prob hotel guests) that it was not worth it to stay....read full review
