Yummy ice cream at Iceskimo! We ordered two waffle creations with ube soft serve ice cream, one was the strawberry shorty and the other the Cookie Monster. Both tasted really good and were pretty filling. Nice staff and quick service. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Recommend!

This was fun!! It was my first time to Icekimo, and a week later, I went to their Del Mar Highlands location. I tried the strawberry cheesecake bubble waffle. The waffle was warm. The strawberries were plump and fresh, and the little cheesecake bites were yummy, too. I also tried the mango shaved ice with some toppings. They charge by weight and have a plethora of toppings.
