This is the closest Islands to my home and I love the food, but they consistently forget items in takeout orders, going back several years now. (I believe this is a management issue, not a problem with any employee in particular.) Last time they forgot to include dressing for our salads and added pickles to a burger that had specified none.
A few hiccups on our order. Some food undercooked, not to order. Wrong size fries given, which they immediately fixed. Given some food that wasn't allergy safe and had to be remade. Undercooked one of my orders, they offered to remake it but we didn't have time. Boxed it to go, ended up throwing it away. Waste of $17ish. Not happy. Service was good though.

I ordered a Bluenami burger and sweet potato fries. The fries were a bit too mushy for my taste. The burger was pretty good though. Not sure enough to rant and rave about it but it was enjoyable for sure. Perhaps the staff could get better training when handing off customers at the end of their shift. It definitely felt like we were getting kicked out halfway through our meal.
