The place is nice and the coffee is good, however, I was disappointed that the baristas could not tell me when the bagged coffee was roasted. Craft coffee is coveted because of its freshness, so it's surprising that a local roaster would not include this information.
Phenomenal little coffee shop. I know there are a few locations, I have only been to the Little Italy location….so far. The coffee is great there, I’ve never had anything but the best customer service. The environment is super relaxed, great way to spend any morning just reading emails and drinking coffee. The coffee sodas here are my new addiction - They're well crafted and they give me the effervescent feel of an energy drink while tasting like a gourmet espresso. The building is cool too, with a balcony that overlooks 30th St. The staff learned my name after a week and that showed a level of genuine service I don't see at most places. I'd give this spot 6 stars if I could and this has managed to become my favorite coffee house serving North Park/Normal Heights.
