I'm so appalled by the way McDonald's treats animals. I refuse to support a company with such blatant disregard for animal welfare. I definitely won't be eating here or at any other McDonald's until they take animal welfare seriously. #ImNotLovinIt
I'm disgusted by McDonald's failure to adequately address the torture of millions of chickens. As one of the largest food companies in the world, McDonald's has the ability to be a leader on animal welfare, yet they are refusing to address several basic issues for the birds in their supply chain. These animals are bred to grow grotesquely large in an extremely short period of time, causing crippling pain and deformities. They spend their miserable lives packed into dark, ammonia-filled sheds with no enrichment or way to express natural behaviors like perching or foraging. Why is McDonald's okay with this?! I won't be back until McDonald's implements a meaningful animal welfare policy. Until then, #ImNotLovinIt.
