Customer service was amazing and I always love bringing my friends to enjoy the food and drinks here! My personal favorite is the Mango and orange green tea with taro balls since its super refreshing and not too sweet?
Got the Brown Sugar Boba Milky Shaved Ice. The flavors were distinct and good at 2/3 sugar level, but the boba (which came in a separate cup to pour over the dessert) had clumped pretty badly. Not a deal breaker, but dampened an otherwise excellent experience.

We went here on a weekday evening around 8pm and it got busier towards 9pm. There were a lot of people ordering to go and dining in.You order off an iPad at the counter, take your receipt, and find an open table. There's a screen that tells you when your order is ready but they will also call your number out.The dessert is ok in my opinion. We ordered the signature grass jelly shaved ice dish and the warm tofu pudding with taro.
