“One of the best Mariscos food trucks I've been to. Quality is top-notch. You'll have to wait a little, but it's worth it for fresh quality food. Shrimp tacos with Consome always hit the spot. It's a little hidden, but it's definitely worth it if you're in the area.

Parking: Small parking lot shared with a liquor store. It can get a little tight when it gets busy.“

“I had two fish tacos. They were simple and delicious. I would definitely go back, I wish they had a taco sampler. If they do, I sadly missed it. The man who took my order was so nice, as a solo diner it was a great experience, easy filling meal and I didn’t even get the rice and beans! (Next time ?)“

“This place is the best! We’re from Colorado and we found this place three years ago when we were visiting. We’ve dreamt about their fish and shrimp tacos ever since, so we make it a point to stop by whenever we’re in San Diego. This last trip was no different. We even went twice this year because they recommended their garlic and butter fish and shrimp tacos and they’re to die for (along with everything else we’ve had). While they do have outdoor seating available, we ate in our car because we had our pup with us. When we went back, they even said they remembered us. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, the place is clean and the food is tasteful. We just wish they would bring their truck to Denver so we could have them more often!“

“La Doña is a very casual, comfy, and friendly restaurant with good service and a broad menu. They offer brunch on weekends as well as their typical menu.

The drinks are all very well crafted, and the food is flavorful. My one complaint is that the Mar y Tierra burrito was too wet inside, leading to a subpar texture. However, the other things we tried, from the margarita to the eggs Benedict, were delightful. I would return to eat here again.“

The vibe in the restaurant was top notch, felt trendy but not pretentious. Very laid back. We had to wait a little for our table as the restaurant was very busy, we sat at the bar in the meantime. Service at the bar was very timely and the bar staff were very friendly! I got the Vernita Green - absolutely delicious! A generous pour but not overbearing.

Once seated, we ending up getting six different dishes. Everything was shareable. To say the food was delicious would be the understatement of a lifetime. The memelita was our favorite. So juicy, so much flavor! I recommend the shrimp tacos, the memelita, and the pulpo (a delectably interesting version IMO). To top it off we had the fritters for dessert - and let me tell you… AMAZING!

Going to this restaurant is a must! So glad we went and will 10000000% be back for our favorites and to try more!“

“Great tacos and burritos. Burrito has some beans in it and tacos are great with their fresh corn tortillas. Churros are also good. A little cakey (not custardy) but still delightful.

The issue with this place is that it took forever to get food. From ordering to receiving our food, it took 55 minutes.

With that said, all the staff was working quickly and constantly in the background. They were also very friendly. Perhaps we just came on a night where they were particularly busy.“

“Became a regular here pretty quickly bringing various members of my family here to try new items. The Jamaica and Horchata are made in house and really good rich in flavor, my kid doesn’t like horchata normally but could not stop drinking this version. Tried the Menudo, Pazole, Super Burrito, Rolled Tacos, and none have disappointed yet. Today was the Campechana, delicious!“

“Ordered rolled tacos and other dishes. Most of our food was good. However, the role tacos were very hard.....not crispy but tortillas were really hard and could not chew.

Parking: There are not many parking spaces for the taco shop. Most of the slots are for the shops in the small center and hard to find a spot most of the time . Also hard to find parking on the street. Your best bet would be to go in the drive through and go to eat somewhere else.“

The huevos rancheros were filling and tasty. The breaded fish tacos were good. The shrimp tacos were good. If you don't like rice in your taco I would not suggest the shrimp tacos. 24-hour availability is always a plus.“

“Some of the best burritos in the area. I have tried at least five or six of them and I've loved them all. Oddly enough the TJ burrito is my favorite. In the world of carne asada and Pollo asada and other more popular trends in burritos, the TJ one is perfect. Nice mix of beef, beans, sauce and more.
The staff is always super friendly. Making sure you don't leave without remembering to grab some salsa. They have a really good salsa bar as well. Clean Place tucked away in the corner of the Clairemont square. Highly recommended“
