We had an issue with a smoothie that could have easily have been resolved by Calvin and he told us that he won't and there's nothing he can do with this poor response and lack of customer service and generally felt unappreciative and unwelcome with even a hello from this employee.

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years. I always get the acai bowl with granola on the side. First time at this location and they gave me half an acai bowl. I asked the staff who tried to gaslight me into thinking that this is “company protocol”. No wonder this Nekter has such low reviews! Disappointed! Go to the Nekter location in Oceanside which never scams me and has the friendliest staff.

Nekter juice bar makes the tastiest açaí bowls. Hands down!!! I've tried other locations that do acai bowls and nothing compares.Everything on their menu is tasty and healthy from the smoothies to the fresh juices. I also like that they have juice kits that you can take home for a detox cleanse series, and it comes in a cute, reusable zippered tote bag (which I reuse as a lunch bag).The workers here are friendly, too. Recommend!I hope they expand to more locations!

Horribly mismanaged Nekter location. Out of granola right at open. Made all of the mobile orders ahead of ours as they came in after ours. Two açaí bowls took over 30 minutes.
I ordered my favorite smoothie online. When I walked in, it was ready to go and the cashier even remembered my name! It was a great experience.
