I had a croissant, some French Toast, and a latte here. I really liked the French Toast! It was covered with pine nuts, and was drenched in syrup (which I was kinda surprised by, since I thought the pine not coating was going to prevent the today from soaking up the syrup). The nuts added some nice texture, and the syrup was a good amount of sweet. It was kinda hard to cut into, so I just kind of had to bite into the toast slices (maybe that's intended, though). St James French Diner did not disappoint. Casual and fun atmosphere , with high quality food and cocktails. We liked the retro style and booth seating. Bouillabaisse was incredible but a lot of work (worth it for the fresh seafood and awesome broth). Loved the roasted bass. French fries seasoning was great. Everything about this restaurant was authentically French and having been to Paris with Thor enjoyed our time and meal there. The food was excellent with great variations of the French onion soup.
