I went around 1:30 1:45. I stood in line for at least 20 minutes while the employee argued with the person in front of me who was returning a sandwich that was made wrong. After 20 to 25 minutes of waiting it's now my turn. She announced that there was no turkey no bacon and no tuna. I was there for tuna. It is unacceptable for one to run out of number one items at that time of the day. Secondly as soon as a customer walks in you need to make that announcement so they're not standing around waiting for 25 minutes.

I went to this location because it's the closest to sharp memorial hospital and I don't drive. My husband has been in icu for 6 weeks and they were allowing him a cheat day. He wanted subways. He didn't get it. The clerk clocked out for her break and refused to serve me although the doors were open she was closed. Thank you subways for nothing. I ordered jersey Mike's instead

Oh man, lots of bad reviews! Never have come to this Subway, but chanced it on my lunch break. I walked in an open door at 3:03 PM on 12/4/23 and was greeted with, "Sorry, I'm on my lunch break. You'll have to come back after 3:30". What?!? Are you struggling that bad that you cannot offer your employees an actual lunch break?! I don't know who franchises this location, but that is AWFUL! Sounds like an issue, how much longer are you going to survive? These reviews on here are not good!Saved me, I went to Ks Sandwiches across the street and got a yummy warm steak sandwich and taro smoothie.I will not be back to this Subway.

You wrote a review for Subway A moment ago4.0 star rating9/20/2023I would appreciate the taste even time if I were to pay more attention to what I taste because yesterday was my 27th birthday. I chose Lay's baked chips to find out that it tastes a little sweeter than regular chips. Though I taste a little saltier to enjoy the taste, my Cherry flavor mixture drink of Sprite and Powerade tastes like the Gatorade fruit drink. I was amazed that my "Build Your Own" sandwich had an egg, pepperoni, and Rotisserie chicken more powerful than sauces and veggies. The service is very nice and considerate allowing me to relax and/or study online to get help from Mesa College nearby.As for the atmosphere, it has a moderately good space that might look cramped and limited for those of us who wish to eat out healthier than usual. Make your choice all the best to choose the "Build Your Own" sandwich, although I recommend my own creation to anyone. Egg, beef, ham pepperoni, and Rotisserie chicken taste delicious with sauces and vegetables.

I'm sorry but the sign says store closes at 9pm. Got here at 8:23pm, and instantly was not greeted appropriately. The employee, Katie, was complaining about how she was not the closer and that I would be the last customer. I get that as an employee you're upset, but you do not keep saying things like "Now i have to sweep the floor again" or "i can never close on time." That's an issue with the staff not with the customers.

I ordered 3 subways and asked to extra toast it, put creamy sriracha and vinegar. First I went there and they said the tuna is not ready and made me wait there for 20 minutes.When I picked it up the sandwiches and came home, they were not toasted, no creamy sriracha no vinegar were put on them. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman, he was super rude, he didn’t even listen to me and said I was not there when they were making your sandwiches and I can’t say anything. I told him but this is the store and you should care about your customers feedback, he said you can call the corporate office and complain not the store and hang up the phone on me.I don’t recommend this store to anyone!Please see other reviews below too!

i was there a few days ago as soon as i walked in i saw this lady on her phone her name is Paulin or something like that. she was rude and kept rolling her eye, worst customer service. she was rushing me like she couldn't wait to get on her phone again. as soon as i payed i turned around and she in fact got back on her phone. -worst customer service

I was just here trying to order dinner for my family. We got there at about 8pm, there was one man finishing his order and one lady in front of me. It took almost 40 min for the lady working to complete three foot longs, not complicated. The worker kept complaining about being super busy (only two of us in there ordering and 4 online orders). But after waiting almost 40 min and the lady in front of me not even being done I had to leave. People with their online orders were starting to wait inside but im pregnant and needed food. I go to this subway a lot, I love the food and I crave it a lot, I'm hoping this doesn't mess up my relationship in the future with the store but the manager and owner needs to know that they are losing lots of business. The lady stated many times how stressed she was and how badly she needed help and the lady in front of me stated to call the manager if she needed help that badly but the worker said no one would come. I love this location, and I hope these issues can get fixed in the future. I left starving and the other customer wasn't even done.

The workers are rude. I ordered ahead of time and waited while the worker finished 2 different customers and cleaned the entire work space, after everyone had left. Another reason.. they close consistently around 5-6:30 pm. On the door and online it says they're open until 9 pm. The orders that I placed through the mobile app at this location have 9 times out of 10 been wrong or with multiple items missing or stale tasting. I like subway but wow this one sets a new low.

Placed an online order here. The app is user friendly and intuitive. Seems like you are able to customize the ingredients on the sandwich, which is great for people that like customization or that might have allergies.The wifey and I decided on the sandwiches we wanted, chose bread, protein, veggies, and condiments. Very straight forward and paid through the app also. Only had to drive to pick up the sandwiches.Arrived and parked. No one was up front. I waited maybe about 3-5 minutes for someone to come out front. A young lady came out and I told her I was there to pick up an online order.The order was ready. She handed me my order and I left a cash tip. I arrived home and opened up the sandwiches. To my surprise, there were no tomatoes in either sandwich. Not sure if they were out or what the deal was... but it would be very surprising to me if they were out of tomatoes, which is a part of most sandwiches! It would be comparable to a milk tea shop being out of boba.Both sandwiches looked like they were hastily thrown together with no real care or thought out into making them. The sandwiches tasted okay, a bit too salty (I should have requested "less" but then again my wife requested less and her sandwich was salty as well) and a bit too much roasted garlic aioli (I requested light). And again, no tomatoes. I didn't request no tomatoes on the app in case you are wondering if I made a mistake (see photo from app).I know many businesses are having issues with staffing and hiring. I can understand the wait especially if they are understaffed, but they should have a bell or chime to notify when someone walks in the store. Service was just okay, could have been better but I tipped anyways because I know it can help.There are many Subways around San Diego, so it is doubtful I will return to this one.2 / 5: Sandwiches (marked down for no tomatoes, being too salty, too much sauce on my sandwich, and being slightly sloppily made).3 / 5: Service3 / 5: Cleanliness2.6 / 5: Overall

The service here sucks big-time I spent half an hour waiting on one person filling orders which was one order while the other person sat in the back doing nothing and when I got to the front of the line they said that they did not have any items for me. 8:40 AM March 17, 2023 the worst worker the slowest worker I've ever seen a subway have
