I went to this location because it's the closest to sharp memorial hospital and I don't drive. My husband has been in icu for 6 weeks and they were allowing him a cheat day. He wanted subways. He didn't get it. The clerk clocked out for her break and refused to serve me although the doors were open she was closed. Thank you subways for nothing. I ordered jersey Mike's instead
Oh man, lots of bad reviews! Never have come to this Subway, but chanced it on my lunch break. I walked in an open door at 3:03 PM on 12/4/23 and was greeted with, "Sorry, I'm on my lunch break. You'll have to come back after 3:30". What?!? Are you struggling that bad that you cannot offer your employees an actual lunch break?! I don't know who franchises this location, but that is AWFUL! I went around 1:30 1:45. I stood in line for at least 20 minutes while the employee argued with the person in front of me who was returning a sandwich that was made wrong. After 20 to 25 minutes of waiting it's now my turn. She announced that there was no turkey no bacon and no tuna. I was there for tuna.
