They do have friendly stuff, but the service is slow. They will have you wait in a line while they are doing something in the kitchen, a lot of employees don’t have a basic knowledge of how to print a receipt (by the way, you always need to ask for one, they won’t automatically give it to you) and then you will have to wait for them to ask around how to print it. I came here for my lunch during my work hours. I placed an order ahead of time so I could just come inside, pick up and go back to my work.When I arrived, I didn't find my order ready and on the pick up shelf. I then waited at the counter until the 1 person who was making someone else food was done with their order before I was asked about mine.
