I came to the Broken Yolk cafe for the first time 4 years ago and love, love it. It’s always delicious, fast & friendly service. I’ve made it a tradition to have breakfast there when in San Diego. A must!
John and his staff run a professional restaurant with great food and service. I always tell everyone about the Broken Yolk. You can't go wrong stopping here for breakfast or brunch. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

Great food, superb service and a nice café ambiance. You cannot go wrong here. The skillet was excellent and for anyone with a sweet tooth you will not be let down with the dishes offered on the menu. The coffee mugs were topped off by the attentive server who was most cordial. Well worth the visit!
