Best deep dish pizza we've ever had in the west coast. It was so delicious my partner got up to virally thank the chef and staff. The drinks were silicosis and strong. Seating was comfortable, clean, and the place is beautiful. I'm so glad we came in and truly cannot wait to return.
...had lunch at @theshoppizza in rancho bernardo. this is the "858" deep dish pie with spinach, mushrooms, bacon (barely noticeable, wished the pieces were bigger), red onions, fresh garlic, and ricotta. very fresh and very tasty. i forgot how different deep dish crust was from rising dough. i really enjoyed the fancy caesar salad. it wasn't very busy for a sunday so the service was quick.
