The place was full on a Sunday late afternoon. We tried the Jasmine Green milk tea and dragonfruit drink. Drinks we're ok. I was hoping to taste the tea more than being overpowered by the milk. My milk tea had some taro pudding too, but i can't really taste it. It was more for texture.
Drinks are good, fairly sweet even for 75% less sweet.Parking here has got to be my biggest complaint. Smallest parking lot and spaces are more compact at best. To-go is probably your best bet or park elsewhere for dining and walk here for dessert.Interior is decorated tastefully.

One of my favorite late night boba spots!!!! It does get a little crowded in the evening, especially on weekends but the boba and food is delicious. Although the space is small, there are lots of seating, we have never had an issue. When busy be prepared for a bit of a wait but overall the food and drinks are good and the dining space is great. There’s a small parking lot but might have to find street parking.
