The crust was incredibly tough and rubbery, the edges close to impossible to bite into. The cheese was very chalky. I've had similar cauliflower crust pizzas from Costco and they were much much better. Maybe cauliflower crust is not meant for takeout (I did Uber Eats). The cauliflower bites were decent.
I ordered the save a pig, eat turkey. I was really looking forward to have the cauliflower crust. The crust was good, but here’s the bad. The sauce was extremely salty unfortunately and wish they would use whole milk mozzarella so the cheese wouldn’t taste like cardboard.
