One of the only places in an area with mostly hospitals & retirement homes that has hot food other than Tommy's Joynt and the overrated Lemoncello. Great Mango Green Tea with Lychee Jelly. Just as good as Super Cue across town where I grew up. Good Poke Bowls. Amazing croissant. Best one I've had since I was in Switzerland . Best Spam Musubi in the city. Family ran. This place was a wonderful find in the least expected spot! The gentleman who talked to me as I walked in was so warm and accommodating. I asked if they had passionfruit and he said yes, he could make what I wanted, a passionfruit smoothie with popping boba and regular boba. Delicious and they’re so warm and inviting! Service is everything to me.

Really yummy strawberry smoothie with matcha foam. The folks working there were SO nice and I was given a free sample of really delicious tea with lime which was super nice of them.
