First off, this is a literal hole in the wall. I came here on the Chinese Dragon Parade day due to recommendation of my dad. He wanted to try it so my family did. Fair warning, this restaurant seats like 10 tables at best. And mind you like 4 seater tables only with a couple of two seaters. So it's really small. Hence the one star. An inconspicuous little store in Chinatown in downtown San FranciscoThe experts are among the people! Cured Pork Ribs Claypot Rice is super delicious!Remember to call and order in advance, so you don’t have to rush to eat. The rice crackers will be crispier, and the shrimp with smooth egg is also delicious.

After recently having a claypot rice dinner out in the Richmond District, our friend wanted to try a place in Chinatown that he heard had good claypot rice. Ma's is on the edge of Chinatown on Powell near Broadway. Arriving at 4:30pm, the three of us were immediately seated.
