An amazing spot to go to if you are looking for a high protein dish that can also serve as a comfort food. This dish is very savory and the rice is cooked in the chicken broth making it very flavorful. My favorite part is the soup that comes with the dish. Very comforting and simple. Service is fast and always an amazing place to quickly grab food and catch up with friends.
I love Hainan chicken rice! They're such a staple food in Singapore and Malaysia & Any big cities in Indonesia.Even though it's very difficult to find any Singaporean, Indonesian and Malaysian restaurants in SF, At least there are many Thai restaurants in the city that serves up their own version of Hainan Chicken rice which in Thai known as Khao Mun Gai.They are the same thing, just different name and the only differences are the sauces that comes with the dish. Big portions or chicken and a good amount of rice.The flavor is 7/10, need ginger and garlic to make it more pallible. It was plain and not enough salt for tasting. However, I was full.
