What a special place! This was not the first place on our list, but we are sure glad we came. We arrived around 7 pm on a Saturday night and had about a 10 minute wait. The place it cozy, and they will seat you next to other families to get more people through.That aside, the price and quality of food is amazing. I was so glad they had a vegan option too. This cozy Ramen restaurant is famous for beef ramen , most of ramen used pork not beef .Roasted beef so tender and flavorful, very delicious, Bone marrow tested like jelly with butter flavor , soup base smooth with/ texture noodle .Service very friendly . But inside space is very small .

Quickest 5 start review I’ve given. I was so excited to find a place that specializes in beef broth ramen because I don’t eat pork and this did not disappoint. The broth was so rich and creamy I drank every last drop. Also the bone marrow was delicious and they’re very generous with it. The bone marrow piece I got was small so the staff brought out another complimentary one for me without asking. I’m excited to came again and try the spice ramen!
