Solid breakfast. Lil bit pricey ($10 for an OJ) but food was decent, nothing crazy. Potatoes were good!

I've been going there all week. The big breakfast is a must, and the espressos are perfect ??. Service is also splendid. Great experience.

Lovely breakfast/brunch spot. Our food was once again, fabulous. Eggs were cooked to perfection, greens were delicious and served with just the right amount of a tasty vinaigrette. Coffee was delicious and served with an individual decanter of cream and sugar packets with servers working the floor to fill your cup if you should so desire. I wish it wasn't quite so noisy in the dining room. Sitting at the counter near the entrance it is a little less so. This is my 4th breakfast here and it has become my favorite breakfast spot in the City.Just wanted to add that the breakfast panini has supplanted the eggs Benedict as my favorite dish here. Also, the soft scramble is really special and something you won't find anywhere else.
This place is located in the quaint "Swedish American Hall". It actually does look like a building you would find in a touristy fake Dutch village. I remember seeing some relics in the hallway on the way out, kinda cool. That being said, the Dutch baby pancake is pretty good and the Swedish society pancakes are even better. My favorite dish is their namesake dish, the Big Spoon. It is crazy filling because it has two eggs any way you want it (I got over medium), pancakes, bacon, delicious fried potatoes, your choice of toast, and fruit. You have to put your name on a physical list, very old school. We came close to closing so the wait wasn't too bad, around 25 minutes. It was really busy inside though so our food definitely took just as long to come. I usually do street parking for this spot a little ways away.

Sham fees = 1 star. Soon to be made illegal ?

Really don't like how they add random fees at the end just to jack up the price. Very deceptive imo

Their bacon was way too hard. Maybe it was the chef on that day specifically. But it hurt to eat.
On my favorite, I replaced potatoes with my Aragula salad.

The place is a lot bigger from the inside than it looks from the outside. The atmosphere and vibe of the place is really nice. The food was great and service was very friendly and fast too!We came around 9:45 on a Saturday and while there was no wait, it was busy already.

We came to visit here during a weekend trip in SF. The food was absolutely amazing, the drinks were tasty as ever and the service was 10/10. The servers are very attentive to refill your waters and coffees. It’s a little squishy inside but the building itself is also beautiful and there was lots of parking. We went at 10:00 on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy but as we left there was an ever growing line outside. Would recommend to anyone looking for brunch in the area!

This is one of my favorite brunch places in the city. I have gone through their entire menu and not a thing has been disappointing. My personal favorite is the Soft Scramble Eggs. It has all the savory flavors you want and the perfect balance. If you're looking for a little brunch cocktail, and of their espresso cocktails are a prime way to add a little pep to your brunch!
