“I tried Chic-Fil-A for the first time in San Jose on Almaden. It was crowded, and the line was extremely long. The server was not friendly and seemed impatient. It was busy, so I assumed she was trying to get the orders in quickly. The parking lot is small for the large crowd they serve. Aside from that, the food was pretty good. I ordered the spicey chicken club sandwich. The chicken was moist and not dry. The bun was toasted and soft. The waffle fries were soft. I had to drive a few miles away to park and eat, being that the restaurant area was so busy. Surprisingly, the food was still hot. I asked for extra sauces and was accommodated. Most restaurants give you a hard time or charge for sauces. I enjoyed the BBQ sauce and the ranch with my fries and sandwich. The shake was amazing. Taste like real ice cream and was divine. My fast food craving was satisfied, and I didn't feel like crap after eating it. Most fast food restaurants make me feel sluggish and gross. Chic-Fil-A serves better quality food with better quality ingredients. In spite of the poor service from the cashier, I would return again for the food.“
“The food is consistently good and fresh. The staff are very polite and provide quick service. I came here on monday and there was a manager wearing a white shirt who was very courteous. She even got the door for me when I was entering and leaving. This is definitely the best CFA in San Jose, and maybe the best I've ever been to.“
“Chick-fil-A like in n out are pretty standard. Decent food, good employees and and fast service. No indoor seating at this one but there's at least a restroom . Tight parking lot as well. it's easily accessible from off the freeway if you are getting off for a meal/break Starbucks and a gas station with a pet wash station which is neat. Def would stop here again (provided it's not peak commute time). When getting back on blossom Hill and heading back to 101 make sure you get in the right lane“
“Surprisingly good black coffee! The line for Peet's across from Chick-fil-A was very long and slow, so I jumped line to C-f-A which had a shorter line that was moving with efficiency. I decided to get the spicy chicken biscuit meal, which includes coffee and hashbrowns. The black coffee rivaled Peet's in boldness. I was so pleased. The spicy chicken biscuit was quite good with its soft, buttery biscuit. The hashbrown nuggets were just OK. The service was friendly and fast.“
“If you want to eat authentic American fast food but don’t want to eat too greasy, Chick-fil-A is definitely your choice. This fast food restaurant founded by Christians is not open on Sundays, so it can only be opened from Monday to Sunday. Visited on the 6th, not only the food is delicious, but also the homemade sauces to add extra points to the delicious food.“
