I don't care about the new com tam restaurants sprouting everywhere in little Saigon this is my only go-to spot. I've been eating here for over 10 years and the flavor is consistently good. I always order #56 with shredded pork skin, pork chop, shrimp cake and egg cake. Don't forget the pickled garlic either. Hands down the best.
This used to be our favorite com tam pork chop place until this visit. The pork chops came out very dry and overcooked, we had a hard time chewing it, and showed the guy in charge. He was very kind and offered us 2 new pork chops. They came out slightly better but still dry and overcooked like pork jerky. I was sad to hear that they have new kitchen staff and that I may not come back for the quality of the food. The do chua (pickled daikon/ carrots) was so bland and tasteless....read full review

Was given this place as a recommendation from a friend. I would come back. They serve com tam with a soup. The restaurant was spacious with lots of table. We were seated quickly and our orders were taken quickly. Food came out fast.
