Nice people, but my drive thru order is wrong 25-50% of the time. This week, 100%. Usually it's just getting wrong the particularities of my order, like maybe the wrong cheese, but today it's a completely different item. I need to check my order. I don't usually come to this location but it was the only one in my area that had my favorite seasonal drink available, the Cookie Butter cold brew! I placed my order via the app and also ordered a breakfast sandwich. I knew this location has a drive thru so I was looking forward to getting in and out, but not so much.
