Elma's taqueria is hidden away in a Fresco's supermarket next to Eastridge mall. I didn't expect much from the little cornerstore of the supermarket, but here I am years later still frequenting the spot biweekly for an order of their al pastor tacos. My absolute favorite place to pickup super nachos!!! I usually order super nachos, Al pastor meat (extra meats), it's bomb! The BEST! Birria pizza is very good too!!! Super burrito without beans are just as delicious!!!! Kids love their chicken quesadillas. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!! It's definitely my go to spot for Mexican craving! You won't disappoint
