This was my third time visiting and my first time ordering takeout. The flavor although highly salted is very good overall. Previously, I had Tan Tan Ramen, Gyoza, and curry for the lunch set. Today I had TanTan Ramen again with ground pork as well as Beef Gyudon bowl lunch set. The bowl was delicious but I have to report the ground pork in the Tan Tan has ground up bones and grizzle which made an otherwise tasty dish unappealing! First few times I came here, I would have given it a mediocre 3 star (4 for the food and 2 for the service). It took several months, but it seems like the crew they have now is much more solid than the grand opening crew. Adding a lunch menu was a fantastic option as well. Happy to add this to my rotation of places to enjoy a meal in Santana Row

We arrived around 12 noon on Sunday morning and heard that there was only one server on the floor. They informed us there might be a little wait. However, after we sat down for a few minutes, our server, Yoon, greeted us quickly and took our orders right away. She even checked in on us after we received our food.
