This place has been around forever. I think it's got to be over 40 years? I came here when I first moved to the Valley in 1977. At the time, the focus was hugely on Nagasaki Champon and not so much on other varieties of food. It was great if you like Champon, but for me I moved on. Fast forward to 2020, and I'm actually testing more and more restaurants for take out. I thought I would give this one a try again since it is still around.
