Inside Oakridge Mall. Small yet crowded. Has some seating on the side and it's a self service kiosk then your number will be called. Clean stop to hydrate myself inside the Westfield Oakridge Shopping Mall during more walking routines. Location is down the aisle a few shops from Macy's indoor exit/entrance area. Self service kiosk. Yes, very modern, updated, and clean inside. Seamless payment experience. My strawberry matcha latte was actually too sweet even at 50% sugar with ice. I usually have a better tasting cup elsewhere. Strawberry bits were very sweet and strong in taste. This place is open and not bad...read full review

Saturday evening-- super busy, took a while to get our drink but it was worth the wait-- great tea flavors and boba was perfect flavor and consistency. Despite how busy they were, The three staff working there were so diligent, polite. Awesome service. They looked like teens/young adults and they had it all under control, didn't miss a beat, and were so kind and attentive.
