Very grateful for a free pretzel on National Pretzel Day! The staff worked very hard and I'm very thankful to them! However, I can't give 5 stars because I rode my bicycle from Morgan Hill looking forward to a cinnamon pretzel. They only had about a dozen each of plain and salt pretzels. When I arrived 15 minutes before close (I know, cutting it close, sorry), I noticed staff was already cleaning and starting to close. They had no full size pretzels during prime time lunch hours on a Saturday...only pretzel bites! The sweet almond crunch was good but because they were bite sized, pretty sure that raised the overall price and we weren't getting more than a regular full sized pretzel. Also, why have two people working if no one is making pretzels?! I thought service from cashier was fine and friendly enough.
