Debbie did the catering for our son's wedding this last Saturday. OMG!! The food was AMAZING and the staff was so pleasant and accommodating. We starting with appetizers of coconut shrimp, bacon wrapped filet & bruschetta. All of them were so delicious! After the tasting that we did with Debbie, we immediately knew that we wanted her to cater our wedding. The quality of the food and the level of preparation speaks to Debbie's expertise and talent. She is very thoughtful and intentional about where her food comes from, mostly buying locally. She was able to provide a team of people to set up, serve, bartend, and clean up. We had a fun evening at Central Coast Culinary, doing one of their popular Trader Joe's cooking classes. It was the first time we were here, and from the description online I thought this would be a hands-on class, where you learn new kitchen skills and prepare meals with a chef's instruction.
