Absolutely delicious and I normally don't like bread but I LOVE this bread!I also hate Danish pantries but the Danish here is amazing.Bread Bike has changed my attitude towards bread.It's so moist and clean tasting.Maybe it's because they mill their own organic flour on the premises.We came back on Saturday, and Tiny Cafe was in the parking lot.I had a Rosemary Maple Latte. I came in for a basic brioche & it just so happened to be the special for that night! Unfortunately as I was making dinner I noticed it was actually a cinnamon raisin so I had to shift plans..It was a delicious bread for a different meal, I would have preferred to know what I was purchasing at the counter.
