It's fine. It's like any other massively overpriced airport shop. The staff are nice and just trying to make it through the day. I would say if you didn't get a chance to plan ahead and have food prepped before you went to the airport, this is a decent option in that it's your only option.
The convenience of this place is great and I have no complaints about the service. It's just totally cost prohibitive to get food and drink here. On our trip up to Portland last August we spent something close to $40 on what amounted to a beer, a bottled drink and some pre-packaged snacks and then a tip is expected. SLO is already an expensive place to eat so much so that when I eat at AIRPORTS in other cities, I feel like I'm getting a good deal. Being a local here for 12 years...read full review

These bad reviews make no sense to me. Fantastic food and friendly staff. They have a superb breakfast burrito, an amazing veggie wrap, and tons of local options made with local ingredients. Plus an outdoor beer garden (!!!) Most airport food places are garbage but this is an absolute diamond in the rough and we are so LUCKY to have it at a 6-gate airport!!!
